How do I request a TSM Reports Site Analysis?

1. Complete the Site Analysis Request below, to get the process started.
2. Your request will be forwarded to one of our regional service partners.
3. A regional Partner will contact you directly to facilitate the entire Site Analysis process.
4. Every step can be facilitated via the Web, so no onsite visits are required.
5. Within days, you can expect to have the completed TSM Reports Package in hand.
6. You regional Partner will also take the time to make sure that you understand the overall results. We don't just leave you with a collection of reports to read.

Get results in days, not weeks or months.

1st Phase - Measurement  & Analysis

• Our Service Partner will authorize you to download  the Active Site Probe (or ASP) from our  Secure FTP site. Once the ASP is installed and configured, your ready to collect statistics.  
• Within minutes, your data collection is then uploaded to our secure FTP site for further analysis.
• As a result, your site statistics are transformed into meaningful metrics representing the performance characteristics  of your TSM  environment.

2nd Phase - Review & Consultation

• Our Service Partner will schedule a Findings Review, which focuses on the technical agenda resulting from  the completed analysis. Normally these are scheduled once a quarter under the Annual Program.
• Objective is to maximize the productivity of your technical resources, by allowing them to focus on the tuning, remediation and planning aspects.

3rd Phase - Planning and Remediation

• The summation of the Analysis Findings is the foundation of the architectural planning and remediation that will be reviewed.
• Adding this visibility to your storage management initiatives assures being in concert with the changes occurring across your storage infrastructure.
